Grants

1. Ten to twelve members volunteer to serve on the Grant Review Committee.

2. St. Lucie County non-profits are notified of the amount of the grant and are invited to submit Letters of Intent for review and evaluation.

3. The committee members individually rate each Letter of Intent and then come together as a group to discuss the evaluations and determine which non-profits will be asked to go forward and submit full applications.

4. The committee members individually rate each application and then come together as a group to discuss the evaluations and determine which non-profits will become semi-finalists.

5. The committee members make site visits to each of the semi-finalists.

6. The committee members come together one last time to determine which three non-profits will become our finalists.

7. At the Award Celebration, each of the three finalists presents their program and the need for said program to the full membership. Members vote on the spot. Those members who are unable to attend are given the opportunity to vote online a few days prior to the Celebration. Wednesday, July 1, 2026 - Letters of Intent available to Grant Review Committee via Foundant software 

Monday, July 27, 2026 - LOI evaluations due to Foundation from Grant Review Committee 

Thursday, July 30, 2026 - Invitations extended to organizations selected by Grants Committee to submit full applications

Monday, August 24, 2026 - Grant applications due to Foundation

Tuesday, August 25, 2026 - Applications available to Grant Review Committee via Foundant Software 

Monday, September 14, 2026 - Application evaluations due to Foundation from Grant Review Committee members 

Wednesday, September 16, 2026 - Impact 100 St. Lucie Grant Review Committee meeting to determine which applicants will advance to the semi-finalist stage

Wednesday to Friday, September 23 to 25 - Grant application site visits of semi-finalists (schedule to be provided by September 18th)

Wednesday, September 30, 2026 - Impact 100 St. Lucie Grant Review Committee meeting to determine finalists

Thursday, October 1, 2026 - Invitations sent to finalists to give presentations at Grant Awards Celebration

Saturday, October 24, 2026 - Impact 100 St. Lucie Grant Award Celebration 10AM-noon
